Get paid every month
Commission appears when a referral’s payment clears, and keeps appearing each time they renew. Request a payout once you reach $50.
What you actually earn
Both plans pay the same 20%. Here is one referral on each, in plain numbers.

The annual figure is paid once per year, not monthly — and again every time that customer renews. Commission is calculated on the subscription price before any sales tax, and on what the customer actually paid, so a discounted sale earns 20% of the discounted amount.
Programme terms
The things worth knowing before you put work into this.
- 20% of every payment, with no time limit
- Most programmes stop paying after 12 months. This one does not. Your commission continues for as long as the customer you referred keeps their subscription. The rate and the no-cap term are recorded against your account on the day you join, and cannot be changed retroactively — if we ever alter the programme, it applies to people joining after that date, not to you.
- Commission is created when the payment clears
- Not when someone clicks, and not when they sign up — commission is created only when the customer’s payment has been successfully collected.
- A 30-day holding period
- New commission is shown as “clearing” for 30 days before it becomes available to withdraw. This covers the refund window. It is why your balance is split into two figures rather than one.
- Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission
- If a referred payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reversed. Because of the holding period this almost always happens before the money was available to you.
- Payouts start at $50
- Once your available balance reaches $50 you can request a payout. We review each request and send it by the method you nominate — e-transfer, PayPal or bank transfer. Payouts are made manually at present, so allow a few business days.
- Attribution lasts 60 days
- If someone follows your link and subscribes within 60 days, the referral is yours — even if they leave and come back later. A customer can only be referred once, by whoever brought them first.
- You cannot refer yourself
- Signing up through your own link, or using a second address to do it, does not earn commission. Nor does any attempt to claim a customer who is already attributed to someone else.
- Tax is your responsibility
- Commission is income. Depending on where you live and how much you earn, we may need tax information from you before paying, and may be required to report the amounts. We will ask if that applies.
- Affiliate disclosure
- When promoting ListifyPDF, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission if someone subscribes through your link. This is a legal requirement in most countries, not a courtesy, and it protects you as much as us. You are welcome to use this wording:
“I may earn a commission if you subscribe to ListifyPDF through this link, at no additional cost to you.”
- We can close an account for abuse
- Misleading claims about what ListifyPDF does, bidding on our brand name in paid search, spam, or fabricated referrals will end participation and forfeit any unpaid balance. Honest promotion is the entire point.
