Getting started
How do I create my first PDF?
Sign in and open the Dashboard, choose Create Listing, pick a template, enter the property and realtor details, upload your photos, then press Preview. When you are happy, download the finished PDF.
Do I need design skills?
No. Every template is already laid out by a designer. You fill in the details and upload photos, and the layout adjusts automatically.
How long does it take?
Most agents produce a finished brochure in about a minute once their agent profile is saved.
Templates and photos
How many templates are there?
There are 33 premium templates across flyers, brochures, booklets and trifolds, in residential, luxury, vacation, commercial and investment styles.
How many photos can I use?
Templates come in 1-photo, 4-photo and 10-photo variants. Choose the variant that suits the listing and the layout adapts.
What photo size works best?
Use the largest images you have - ideally at least 1600px on the long edge. Small or heavily compressed photos can look soft in print.
Can I add my brokerage logo?
Yes. Save it once in Agent Profile and it is applied automatically to every brochure you generate.
Account and billing
What is included in the Free plan?
Three PDFs per month with a watermark, using the basic templates.
What do paid plans include?
Unlimited PDFs, all 33 premium templates, no watermark, AI descriptions, custom branding and analytics. Business adds team collaboration, API access and priority support.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing and choose Change Plan, or email us. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes - within 14 days of your first payment we refund in full. Full details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link that is valid for one hour.
PDFs and printing
Will the PDF look exactly like the preview?
Yes. The preview renders the same template engine that produces the final PDF, so what you see is what you get.
Can I print these professionally?
Yes. PDFs are generated at print-ready quality on A4. For commercial printing, upload the highest-resolution photos you have.
