Terms and Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and ListifyPDF ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use ListifyPDF.
1. The service
ListifyPDF is subscription software that lets real estate professionals generate property brochure PDFs from templates. We provide the tool; you provide the listing content.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.
- Tell us promptly at support@listifypdf.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
- The Free plan allows a limited number of PDFs per month with a watermark.
- Paid plans are billed in advance - monthly or yearly - in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a payment fails we may retry and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload - photos, text and listing data. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you (for example to render your PDFs). We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload, including property photographs, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or offensive material;
- Misrepresent a property, price or your professional credentials;
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written consent;
- Attempt to breach, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the platform;
- Use the service to send spam or to breach anti-spam or privacy law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Templates and intellectual property
The ListifyPDF platform, brand and template designs remain our property. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the templates to produce marketing materials for properties you are authorised to market. You may not redistribute the template files themselves.
7. Availability
We work to keep ListifyPDF available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or third-party failures may cause downtime. We may change or discontinue features; if a change is material we will give reasonable notice.
8. Accuracy of generated documents
You are responsible for checking every PDF before you publish or distribute it. AI-assisted descriptions are suggestions and may contain errors. We are not liable for errors in property information, pricing or measurements in materials you produce.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListifyPDF is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@listifypdf.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination your right to use the service ends; retention of your data follows our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights to bring a claim locally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
