ListifyPDF is a real estate brochure maker for agents. Enter the listing details, upload the photographs, pick one of 53 templates, and it returns a print-ready PDF brochure with your branding, a QR code and the property specifications laid out. No design software and no design skills.
Three steps, and the only slow one is finding your photographs.
Address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, lot size, year built, features and neighbourhood notes. Your own details are remembered between listings.
Upload up to sixteen photographs and pick the one that leads. Browse the real estate brochure templates by format and style.
The brochure is produced in a few seconds, ready to print, email or attach to a listing.
Four, covering the way listing material is actually handed over.
| Format | Templates | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Flyers | 12 | One page, print it and hand it over. The format for open houses, window cards and anything a buyer takes away with them. |
| Single-page brochures | 23 | A full listing on a single sheet: cover photograph, the numbers, a gallery and your contact details. |
| Trifold brochures | 9 | Folds into three panels on an 11 x 8.5in sheet. Fits an A4 envelope and a jacket pocket, and opens into six faces of space. |
| Multi-page booklets | 9 | Several pages for a property that needs room — large homes, estates, and listings where the photography is the argument. |
Everything a buyer asks for, and the details that make it yours.
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Property photographs | Up to sixteen, each resized to the slot it prints in |
| Price and specifications | Beds, baths, floor area, lot size, year built |
| Property description | Write your own, or generate one from the listing and edit it |
| Photo captions | Per-room notes, written or generated |
| Agent branding | Your name, title, photograph, licence number and contact details |
| Brokerage details | Company name and logo, carried across every brochure |
| QR code | Points a printed brochure back to the full listing |
| Features and neighbourhood | Structured lists rather than a wall of text |
Yes, and this is where generated brochures usually fail. Two things decide it, and both are measured rather than assumed.
Fonts are embedded. Text in the PDF is real, selectable, searchable text in the template's own typeface — not glyph outlines drawn onto the page, which is what many HTML-to-PDF tools produce and why their text looks soft on screen and cannot be copied.
Photographs are sized per slot. A photograph that prints across a full page gets far more pixels than one in a thumbnail grid. On a single-page layout the cover photograph measures 312 DPI — above the 300 DPI standard print shops ask for. Sizing each photograph to its slot also keeps the file small enough to email: a sixteen-photo brochure is about 1.2 MB.
Estate and real estate agents who list property and would rather not open a design tool for every one. It suits anyone producing listing material regularly: individual agents, small brokerages, property managers, and anyone running open houses who needs something to hand over on the day.
